Singapore isn't just a city of skyscapers. Over 100 ha of primary forest still flourish in the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, particularly around MacRitchie Reservoir. Here, you'll find boardwalks skirting the edge of the reservoir and tracks that lead you into the forest. On Sundays, there're also occasional free concerts at the bandstand. A relaxing way to end the day. Best time to visit: From 8.30am to 6.30pm daily.
